Advisory Committee

Advisory Committee

A number of California libraries have taken the lead in creating innovative early learning services. From these libraries representatives were recruited to share their insights and experience as forerunners in effectively creating library programs for very young children and their families. Their input and recommendations helped inform the ELF initiative and project design.

During the first year, these libraries served in an advisory capacity as they reviewed the project's development, assisted with training, suggested practical resources for ELF libraries, identified potential barriers and shared their wealth of knowledge. The ELF initiative has benefited from the involvement of these libraries as ELF Advisory Committee members and we thank them for their contributions. They are:
