Annual First 5 CARES Conference
First 5 CARES, Comprehensive Approaches to Raising Educational Standards, is sponsoring their annual conference at the Westin San Francisco Airport in Millbrae, California on April 28 & 29, 2008. CARES is a program of First 5 California that provides professional development and educational training services in 44 counties to early childhood teachers and family child care providers. The CARES Training & Technical Assistance Project offers services to CARES administrators/partners to improve the quality of their programs. CARES and ELF libraries are natural partners in their mission to serve child care providers.
